Rubbish Bioshock 2 Textures

So I was watching video feeds for Bioshock 2, when things kept looking rather strange. Then I finally notice the cause of it were the textures; I don't know if it's the texture streaming, but it looks really rubbish. I'm hoping the PC version isn't effected in anyway, lol...
